St Augustine's Library

St Augustine's local library has played an important role in the local community for over 25 years.  When the church was reconstructed the innovative glass wall design, the retention of original stone features and the incorporation of a public library were all features of the design aimed at making the church building open and inviting to the community.  Why not pay us a visit!  When the Council decided to close some of the libraries due to cost-cutting, St Augustine's was one of them.  However, we have managed to get some volunteers to open up on Saturday from 11am to 2pm so that we can offer this service to the community once again.

If you would like to volunteer at the library and help it to open more hours, please contact the Parish Office on 01274 775 885.
